At karpatkey, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Management Team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and creating strong talent pipelines for karpatkey’s current and future hiring needs. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and own the full life cycle recruitment process;
- Identify requirements and job responsibilities in partnership with Hiring Managers;
- Write job descriptions and promote them internally and externally;
- Search actively for candidates via different tools;
- Manage recruitment agencies;
- Review applications, conduct pre-screens and HR interviews;
- Advise our Hiring team on the recruitment process;
- Support and communicate with the candidates during the whole recruitment cycle;
- Identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and proactively come up with the initiatives;

Qualifications
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
- Proven work experience as a web3/crypto talent recruiter (including seniority positions);
- Deep understanding and curiosity of the DeFi ecosystem, including major blockchains, protocols, and players in the space;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using different sourcing tools, various interview techniques, and evaluation methods;
- Ability to manage daily tasks with ATSs (Personio) and Slack;
- Excellent organisation, follow-up, and time management skills;
- Motivation to design and support a great candidate experience;
- Experience working with financial services, crypto, and/or blockchain technology startups;
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1).
